Description

Non-Woven Material

To reduce the use of petroleum-derived plastics, there is a growing need for plastic-free and plastic-reduced materials. It is a sustainable non-woven fabric made primarily from wood pulp, the same as paper, and can be processed in a variety of ways, including thermoforming, printing, and sewing. It is characterized by its elegant texture and cocoon-like texture.

Using existing resin sheet moulding equipment, three-dimensional processing is possible by heating the sheet and pressing it with male and female moulds. It can be mixed with various powders such as tea leaves, coffee grounds, baked shell powder, fibres, and manufacturing process waste.
