Sustainable Sourcing
- We prioritize paper materials from responsibly managed forests.
- Our products are certified under FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council) Certificate Code: SCS-COC-003721 & Trademark License Code: FSC-C105797, reflecting our commitment to responsible forest management.
- We are also PEFC™ (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification) – Trademark License Code PEFC/34-32-065 certified, further demonstrating our commitment to credible, globally recognized forest certification systems.
- Additionally, we fully meet the requirements of the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), ensuring our practices align with the latest environmental and legal standards.
- All suppliers are evaluated for their sustainability practices, ensuring an ethical and transparent supply chain.
Operational Efficiency
- Our production processes are specifically designed to minimize energy and water consumption. Paper wastage is limited to just 2% of overall production, highlighting our efficient use of materials. Water usage is carefully managed during the plate-washing process, and energy consumption is reduced through the use of energy-efficient LED lighting throughout our facilities.
- We have invested in energy-efficient utilities, including the installation of LED UFO high bay lights to reduce electricity consumption. Additionally, several air conditioning units have been upgraded to inverter models, further enhancing our energy-saving efforts
- We operate a well-maintained Wastewater Treatment Plant to ensure that all water discharged from our facility meets environmental standards.
Environmental Compliance
- We are fully compliant with Malaysia’s Department of Environment (DOE) guidelines and the Environmental Quality Act.
