Assistant Production Planning Manager / Production Planning Manager
Responsibilities:
• Assist the Production Manager in production planning and material control
• To fully optimize utilization of available resources in achieving the company vision and objectives and to continually improve on the operation overall efficiency
• Cooperate with others section of department to ensure the quality matter is in well perform
• Provide on the job training and guideline for existing and new employees on related field
• Monitor and evaluate team members and adjust training where needed

Requirements:

Responsibilities:
• To coordinate with sales team for purchase orders, payment and follow standard operation procedure on daily processes
• To prepare proposal and quotation to liaise with client in regards itinerary and costing by phone
• Handling online / Walk in customer enquiries promptly
• Assist sales team during their absence when customer call in for inquiries
• Upkeep all other related sales document
• Prepare meeting minutes, quotation, and supply agreements

Regional Sales Executive, International Business
Responsibilities:
• Identify new sales prospects and grow existing sales for respective regions assigned
• Conduct extensive research for market information on the territories assigned
• Achieve annual sales targets given by management
• Follow up on payment and ensure credit terms are adhered to as approved by Management
• Preparing & updating of new business development progress on weekly basis to immediate superior and /or Management
• Conduct monthly reviews on individual customer’s raw material requirements and balance raw material to ensure adequate supply or over stock situation
• Conduct monthly reviews on debtors aging to ensure prompt collection and identify potential bad debts

Process Improvement Manager

Responsibilities:
• Support process team in identifying, verifying, analyzing and implementing process improvement.
• Provide technical and analytical support for process improvement initiatives.
• Develop process analysis and re-engineering to improve efficiency, lower costs and improve product quality.
• Manage and lead process team to achieve desired results
• To assist in development of new process capabilities.
• Perform project management, analytics and measure to ensure milestones are met and deliverables achieved.
• Coordinate with various teams to analyze project results and performance.
• Provide management with project status updates, feedback anf appropriate reporting on key responsibilities and objectives.
• Actively lead projects and provide individual contributions after key projects have been identified.
• Identify, plan and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce cost and increase productivity by reducing setup time, wastage, rework and etc. resulting in significant of customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for targeting completion of process improvement projects within a specified time frame while achieving a cost reduction goal.

Requirements:
• Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 year’s experience in process improvement and leading projects with a record of successful implementation.

Health & Safety Officer

Responsibilities:
• Plan, propose, produce, implement, enforce and review the EHS system for the manufacturing plant so as to ensure a safe and healthy environment
• Investigate and review any accidents, near miss, dangerous occurrence or occupational disease and report to DOSH in accordance to OSH Regulation 2004
• Collect, analyze and maintain records of any amendments or new laws/regulations in relation to EHS and advise management of any action or measure to be taken as well as communicating this information to all employees
• Be the point of contact with regulating bodies such as DOSH, DOE and BOMBA
• Deliver all HSE education and training & Conduct Emergency Response Program Training
• To attend government and non-government bodies regarding health & safety matters
• To participate in safety and health committee activities
• To implement 5S good practice at the workplace
• Attend to safety meetings, briefings and audits at workplace
• Prepare report to be submitted to management, client or authorities
• To promote safety awareness to all employees, and the responsibilities of all employees towards safety

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Professional Degree or equivalent
• Possess minimum five (5) years in Manufacturing safety supervision and implementation
• Professional Certificate in Safety and Health Competence Course approved by DOSH
• A registered Safety & Health Officer with DOSH/NIOSH/JKKP with Green Book Holder
• Familiar with FMA 1967, OSHA 1994 and other related OSH legislation will be an added advantage
• Well versed in ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA Standard and OHSAS 18001 with certifications from regulating bodies
• Experience in handling foreign workers and multi-racial environment

Responsibilities:

• Support Manager in the development, analyse and preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly reports
• Develop sales material and promotion items

Assistant QC Manager

Responsibilities:
• Assist Factory General Manager in quality control and quality assurance
• To fully optimize utilization of available resources in achieving the company vision and objectives and to continually improve on the operation overall efficiency
• Establish, implement and maintain Company Quality System and ensuring that it complies with ISO9001 & 13485 as a minimum and promoting of awareness of customer requirements, throughout the company
• To maintain quality system based on ISO 9001 & 13485 and to continually improve on quality management system to achieve quality products and services
• Externally liaising with statutory and regulatory agencies in the matters related to Quality
• Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objective, policies, procedures and system pertaining to the QC
• Manage and maintain the company’s quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials and components, processes and finished goods
• Ensure corrective and preventive action is carried out effectively
• Liaise with external bodies on matters related to the quality system
• All other job responsibilities as stated in Quality Manual and Procedures as well as responsibilities
• Prepare monthly quality reports, report to customer on quality problem
• Considering the application of environmental standards and legislation
• Understand customers needs and requirements to develop effective quality control procedures

Responsibilities:
• Ensure quality related issues and customer feedback are promptly resolved through effective corrective action
• Responsible for effective Quality Management system and ISO procedures, compliance to ISO9001, ISO13485 , regulatory & customer requirements
• Initiate and coordinate preventive measures through review and analysis the complaints from customer and internal quality issues for continuous quality improvement
• work interactively with production, sales, customer and vendor to seek for improvement on quality issue and productivity
